Hello Mark,

I took delivery of 2 Submersive F2's in early April.

The boxes were damaged.  The driver pointed this out.  We took a look and it looked like a forklift driver put his forks through the box.

Luckily one of them was not harmed due to the heavy foam packing in the box.

BUT the other one was and there was cosmetic damage to the amplifier.  Both subs power up and I am sure you would honor any issues in the future with your warranty.

The above you know since we have discussed this previously.

The issue I am having is getting a replacement amp or some type of refund for the damaged one.

I have tried to call countless times and only to get an excuse that you are working with the shipping company for a claim or the amplifier company for the cost of a replacement.

It is now approaching 90 days since this has happened and I believe this is ample time to get this claim taken care of.  I have tried in the past week to call and leave voice mails which go unanswered.

Can you please update me on the situation?  I just want to take care of the issue and put it behind me.  I do not doubt you make a good product.  I realize you are busy with personal life and new products.

But I believe that I am entitled to get the situation taken care per our previous phone calls.

Please call, email, or reply here.
I just want some answers please.

Thanks.

Hi Mike,

I finally received an estimate to replace the metalwork on the amplifier last night along with turn around time.  I'll be e-mailing you with the option of sending the amp for the cosmetic repair or for the equivalent value refund.  Being a 2400W amplifier I don't have inventory of these and it's fairly labor intensive to remove and replace the plate and heatsink.  I was looking for some other options and thought I had another 2400W amp coming I could replace yours with to save you 2-3 weeks of down time.  I am sorry for dropping the ball on this but I will be sure to have this sorted and in motion by Monday.

Mark,

Tried leaving a few voicemails with no repsonse.

I know I agreed to getting a check cut for the damage to the amplifier on the F2.

When will I get this check?  Can you please confirm?

I has been a while.

Thanks
MIKE

Hi Mike,

My apologies for missing the voice message.  E-mail is easier for us to reply to quickly, but the credit for the cosmetic damage has already been mailed out and you should see it in a few days.
