Hi! & Mr Seaton!  Hi to you too, if your reading this?  I e maild you on the 19th of September 2012 and as of today which is Tuesday 2nd October 2012 which has been almost 2 weeks ago I am beginning to wonder if you are as slow as this answering e mails how long would it actually take for you to build and ship me my subwoofer.  So suffice to say i'll take my business to Paradigm and spend that wad of cash thats quite litelally burning a big hole in my pocket..

I can't believe it you wouldn't even reply to me or even have the decent courtesy to automate a reply that simply states sorry folks were way too busy right now to be answering your e mails. But we will get abck to you in the coming weeks just be patient..

I dunno know how your doing business, but you have just lost my custom..

Bye folks

I have had fast response when emailing to seatonsound@seatonsound.net. Kelly has been great at answering questions!

In this situation, I've no idea what has happened. However, I do believe Mark is a victim of his own success.

There's two methods of contact for Seaton Sound. One being email, the other being by phone. It is often recommended to call if email doesn't get a response.

That phone number is;
773-290-8436

Good luck whichever route you choose.

Hi Terence,

I was under the impression we did reply to your e-mail.  I'll re-send an e-mail shortly.  Your request was about the SubMersive HP for 240V operation, which is not yet available for order.  1000W SubMersives and a couple pre-owned 1000W versions are available to ship within a few days.

You should have an e-mail shortly.

E-mails regarding orders or lead times for currently available products are typically answered in 1 business day by Kelly or myself.  I suspect this was a case of miscommunication between Kelly & I.

Hi Terence,

I see now I mistakenly took the response I posted in your earlier thread that you would be waiting for the announcement of the HPi amplifier availability.

Mark's products are great but my expereience is that he need to lift his customer service especially responding to emails in a timely manner. I have(had) issues that I am trying to sort but it is extremely difficult to get a quick response from either Mark or his employees. Since I live in Oz it becomes bit difficult to get hold of Mark by phone due to the time difference. I have sent a second email in the hope that they would respond to me.
