Yesterday my two turbo kits were delivered. Man that driver is massive.

When I pulled out the amplifiers there was no jumper with bullet connectors to plug the woofer into. Can someone advise on how I address this.

I leave Monday on a 10 day business trip and really need to get the installations done before I leave or it will be the tall pole on completing my theater upgrade. I have contractors coming in over that period to get paint, carpet, and all the audio set up.

Hi Hank,

I just responded to your e-mail.  Sorry for any confusion on this.  We include a full length cable with the turbo kit to replace the original, as the new woofer uses bare wire in its binding posts.  Please check the furthest left, white connector in this photo and see if there is a connector and black/red wire coming from it.  I recall wrapping it around the other side of the amplifier for shipping.  Being that we were a little short staffed and I have been burning the candle helping with the Star Wars theater, I might have overlooked something when I jumped in to test and pack your amps.

The 4 pin connector is not one you will find at a local store, but is one we can have on its way to you Monday if I did in fact not install it.

Shoot us an e-mail back with what you find.

It would appear I did miss installing the long cable for the turbo kit.  We'll have the 2 on their way Monday.  Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Mark, I finally have gotten off the road again for a few days. Yesterday I performed the upgrade on both MFW-15's. As the theater room isn't quite back together, my testing options were limited but I took a mini plug to rca plug adaptor and plugged in my iPod.

Here is my review: WOW!! I am super impressed with the musical abilities as well as the LFE I could produce here.

Now, I plan to have the audio in the theater back up Wednesday. Where do I set each of the controls moving forward? I will be using the XLR input from a Maranntz 8802A.

How long do I need to plan for break in?

I did order a microphone and I have downloaded REW to assist in adjusting the room and reducing any ringing.

Thanks for the help!!
