Hey Mark,

I know you are busy but I've tried to get in touch with you for a bit -- I need you to either email me or call me.

Thanks, man!

You have mail too.

Mindless is next.

In case anyone was wondering if we were just slacking, we will have shipped 32 Submersive HPs in less than 2 weeks! By Tuesday we will be able to ship SubMersive HPs from stock.

I don't think that anyone thought that you were slacking, they just hoped for your replies. (I personally miss your very insightful postings on this & other forums)

The expression of being "a wall paper hanger in a wind tunnel" probably applies to Mark at this point.

Being a small business owner, I find it  difficult to balance getting things done on the one hand but controlling costs on the other.  I would be willing to wager Mark struggles with the same thing.

If he hires more people so he has more time to answer his emails, his costs go up and ultimately so will his prices.. I will take a little less responsiveness and the lower prices.

Having now lived with my Catalysts and SubMersives for a while, I have concluded they may be the steal of high end audio.  Two Catalysts and a SubMersive sell for about $9000 including just under 42 million watts of power (OK so maybe it is 4000 watts of power).  I can not think of any other speakers/amplifier combination that gives this kind of performance for that kind of money.

It's OK with me if he does not answer his emails immediately as long as he provides this kind of value.

One man's opinion !

Fortunately I see plenty of middle ground where I may get to have a small bit of a life outside of the business, as well as providing the service warranted.  Carolyn helped a lot in allowing me to figure out what I can hand off and delegate to others (there's quite a bit).  I have targets and good ideas of how much the business needs to grow to warrant and support greater infrastructure.  We are currently at one of those tipping points, and not coincidentally I have someone coming in tomorrow and next week to see how he can help with various functions and communication with all of you.  Growing pains are real, and the closer to making each significant expansion, the more painful it gets.

Overall things are looking very good into the end of the year.  Did I mention next week we'll once again be able to ship SubMersive HPs from stock inventory of parts?   I expect that will be the case for most products as we get later into the year.

Thank you again for all of your patience and support.

Mark, you just made my day. Is my HP on the shipping list for tomorrow?

Btw, I totally agree with what audioguy said above...

It's packed and wrapped.  I just have to kill a tree or 3 tomorrow with all the paperwork to head north across the border.
