I just recently received a submersive and have been thrilled.  I will say this though, I think I was the last delivery of the day for my UPS guy.  To say it was a long wait that day, would be an understatement.

My F2 should be in my hands today. I'm hoping I'm home before the truck gets there. If not looks like I'm picking it up. Ha ha. Can't wait to mess with this thing.

Congrats!  I also upgraded from a SVS PB-13 Ultra.  Has the beautiful beast arrived yet?

Oh yeah!! My new baby!! Got it sounding pretty good. I def am gonna order a mic so I can see what my room is doing. But this thing makes me so much happier than where I was before. My music is finally alive. I can only dream of what duals would be like. Savings plan started. Lol. This thing is dynamic to say the least. Simply awesome. Nice picture, nice system.

I'm sure you really like what it's doing to your sound, but don't be afraid to experiment extensively with positioning, distance settings, etc, for even better results.

Are you familiar with the various mics/software approaches out there?
You're likely aware of these but I'll list a few;

OmniMic, from Dayton/Parts Express, is an outstanding package, and couldn't be much simpler, literally, you'll be up and measuring in minutes.

Cross Spectrum, sells traditional phantom powered measurement mics, calibrated, etc. These are very widely used, but they require an outboard mic pre. They also sell the newer USB device mics, pretty much the OmniMic without the measuring software.

miniDSP , another USB style driverless approach.

REW, Room EQ Wizard, powerful and widely adopted measuring software.

REW is so, so powerful, yet many felt the need for an outboard mic-pre complicated things. There's fantastic, easy to use tutorials out there.

OmniMic addressed any complications by being streamlined, and very easy.

I've used OmniMic, since the time it was initially released, it's a great system. I also own Cross Spectrum ECM8000 mic, for use with REW. For years many used RadioShack meters with correction filters. I own a digital Radio Shack, and a Galaxy CM140 (so nice btw).

Thanks for sharing the pic, good luck, and have fun enjoying your new sub.

What is above that drop ceiling?  Just floor trusses or insulation?  If no insulation,  you might consider adding a lot of R30 or the like... . drop ceilings can do odd things to mids and highs while leaving your lower frequencies alone, resulting in uneven absorption and reflection.

I cant tell if those walls are painted of fabric...  if fabric you may already have treatment behind there...  if that is paint...  check into some corner bass traps...  Primacoustic MaxTrap or GIK acoustic Tri Traps.

FOH is quite knowledgeable in these matters so I am sure he can help you more than I can, though!
