I guess you are stuck, unless you are willing pay twice. (I like Mark's products, I now have no confidence in him) You could explain the situation to SpeakerPower and see if they could help you? (Especially if you have documentation showing your payment)

I actually approached Speakerpower and Mark at the same time and Mark replied but not Speakerpower .

I am surprised that you did not get a response from SpeakerPower. I have always dealt directly, in person. When in the area, I have dropped by to "Tech Talk" with Brian the former owner that has now retired.
