Last friday after a succesful afternoon of listening to music I was pondering on the quality and performance of my baby; the Submersive F2+, and felt quite satisfied with my music collection with superb bass foundation from my F2 ( progressive rock, jazz and 80s pop), turned off my system which is Emotiva UMC-200, XPR-5, B&W CM 9, B&W CM Centre 2, B&W CM 5 , Oppo BDP 105, and Seaton Sound Submersive F2 Hp + and left for 1hr. When I came back my system came to life at my command except for my F2 which displayed the protection light blinking 4 fast times then 5 faster times, after several power cycles, disconnect of rca to XLR adaptor, turning off an on my dedicated 20 amp line, the protection light remains the same with no sound from the sub. What could have happen as I left power on al the time on my F2?. I alredy sent several e mails to Mark, as I wait for response I would like to ask all of you for your opinions on what could have happened to my sub just that just turned 1 year old?.

Thank you

Hi AetherialOne,

Around the time of this post "wookie" and I caught up and diagnosed the problem and sorted out the warranty repair of his amplifier, which was a little more involved than with our US based customers as he resides in Mexico.  Nothing troubling.  We generally handle service issues by e-mail rather than through the forum.
