Back in business .  My dealer came by last night and brought my center back.  He said that the tweeter was fried.  The voice coil was a mangled mess. I really don't know how that happened.  We did not over drive it all.  I can only guess that dis-connecting the amp and then re-connecting the amp may have done something? I don't remember if we ran a signal sweep of the center.  Maybe that was an issue?  The only other thing we did was connect the OPPO player and I can't see why that would do anything.  Any way, it's back to %100.

This next item is not an update for my system but in a few weeks I will be able to check out a full Seaton system. I recently found out that Hudda lives very close to me. He has invited me over to check out his setup.  I think he has a Pio receiver and he is running 3 Cats, 2 Sparks and a SubMersive1.  Hudda also has a 50in Pioneer plasma.  That makes me feel a little better about my 42in Panasonic .  I am very much looking forward to finally hearing Marks Cats.

Awesome!

Now go enjoy some movies

If you have not checked out Beowulf yet, you have too.  We recently re-watched this and while I think the movie good, I dont remember the bass scenes being THAT good as it was this time around with the HP!

Yea. Even though I had become used to the phantom center, having a real one in there does sound great.  I will be enjoying many movies.
