I bought a pair of these and hooked them up today. They are absolutely gorgeous and sound wonderful. If you have been considering these, I suggest you pull the trigger. I'm glad I did.

One of my UFW-15s has started making a sound when it goes into active mode. It sounds something like plugging a guitar into a live amp, a kind of popping sound. If I put my ear next to the driver, it sounds like water running through pipes in the wall, along with a scratchy sound that seems to be its attempt to reproduce to the signal. I have connected another sub to the same cable, and it had no problems. Is there some way to tell whether this is caused by the amp or the driver?
