Hi from Australia,

I have a HP Submersive Amp (Model SM215+i) that has ceased working correctly.
Power LED = Green
Prot LED = Flashes 4 times, then 1 time, then repeats this cycle.
A click can be heard on each cycle.

Can you please advise troubleshooting options?

Hi Mark.

The upgraded amp is in and the system is back up and running - thanks.

There was no paperwork included for the pre-paid return of the faulty amp, only an empty FedEx document envelope.

Can you please advise how I should return the old amp for the trade in credit?
