Hello Mark and fellow Bass Addicts !
I am a proud owner of two Submersive HP+ Super Subs.
I have owned one original Submerive since 2009 and in April 2016 I added another HP+ and upgrdaed the Amp on the original one also to HP+ with the hopes of adding two slaves in my “future” dedicated theater room.

Last two weeks my 15 year old has been saying the bass is not as impressive as it used to be. At first I brushed him away but then I started noticing the void.
This week I checked the subs and noticed there was no output from the front of the room Submersive. I noticed the PROT light flasshing in a pattern (4 flashes and then 8 rapid flashes).

Turning of the power / unplugging made no difference.
 
The preowned HP+ amp has a 5 year warranty per conversations with Mark and the Seaton Sound website
Please advise on the next steps. What is the best and most reliable way to get in touch with Mark ?

Over the years, I have better luck with calling him. Years ago when Mark was just starting his business, when he was not at home (He was working out of his garage) he would have the calls forwarded to his cell phone.

Thanks for the tip Calentz. I have known Mark for almost a decade now and have interacted with him on several occasions. His products are exemplary and he is a good guy and means well. However, like many of his other customers have experienced, connecting with him has proved to be challenge on almost all occasions. I was hoping things have gotten better since. I emailed him yesterday and called him this morning, will keep trying.
