The SubMersive HP availability has been updated to reflect a 3 week delay on some parts we were expecting. By the end of August we will have plenty in stock. We also received a handful of pre-owned original SubMersive amplifiers. If we have any left after going through our waiting list, I'll post a notice here.

The SubMersive F2 has been added to the product availability listing and I collected the 'F2 photos we have posted thus far to the main photo thread. We currently have inventory of black maple, black oak, red cherry and rosenut SubMersive F2's. We have a few more HP amplifiers coming in next week, with our larger order arriving the week following, which will allow any stocked finish SubMersive HP and SubMersive F2 to ship out by August 20th with 1-3 day lead times after the 20th.

We'll have a limited number of SubMersive HP amplifiers back in stock late next week and I've bumped the available date a week sooner to August 13th accordingly. By August 20th we expect to be back to shipping SubMersive HP's same to 3 days depending on finish and how busy we are.

Any chance of making cheaper, smaller & passive speaker (to be drive by AVR) in the future? Perhaps a mini Catalyst?

I have no plans for working on a passive Catalyst this year. Some passive designs are under long term consideration, but nothing is currently planned, and likely won't be until I finish the currently planned expansion of the Catalyst series.

The 8C woofer availability has been a frustrating issue. Your woofer is being shipped with instructions for replacement this week, and 8C woofers will come back in stock over the next 2-3 weeks.

Edited for $200 rather than $100 savings on the 4 black satin cabinets.
A quick note to point out some updates I made last week to the first post:
F2's are shipping readily with black maple, black oak and one red cherry F2 in stock. Other finishes can be ready to ship in 2 weeks.
SubMersive HP's are in stock and ready to ship in most all finishes, with vintage cherry due in Monday, and even piano black a few weeks out (so I'm told).
For the first time in a long time, we have a handful of pre-owned, 1000W SubMersive amplifiers in stock which sell for $1795 + finish premiums, and qualify for $100 savings on a pair or if you are adding more to your system.
Finally, I have 4 SubMersive cabinets which were painted a few times due to some climate and paint issues with one batch. The multiple coats filled in the maple grain, and look the same or better than the black satin finish we used to offer. To do this purposefully would add $100 to the cost over black maple. In this case I'm offering these 4 units at a $200 SAVINGS over the standard $2,295/$2,195 single/multiple pricing. These are ready to ship within 1 business day, or same day if ordered before ~noon CST.

Sure. With more coats of paint and more sanding between, the maple grain fills in, and we are back to a uniform, low sheen, black surface. With the maple veneer underneath, the finish tends to be even more uniform than our past versions. The lines you can barely see on the back 2 units are some dust which I didn't wipe enough for the camera:

To produce these purposely would add $150 beyond black maple/oak. These 4 can be had for a $100 savings, and can be ordered as a SubMersive HP or a SubMersive (1kW) with pre-owned amplifier which we actually have in stock.
For anyone with their heart set on a pair, this makes for a great opportunity to get up and running with the pre-owned amps for only $3190 + shipping, which can be upgraded to HP's down the road for $495 each.
I'll be out of town Friday for CEDIA, but we can ship these out by Monday or within a day of payment.

Quick update.
This week we received many amplifiers and parts we were waiting for our suppliers to catch up on as we had been just keeping up with orders shipping 1-3 days from ordering.
For the rest of the year we will be doing our best to keep 1-2 SubMersive HP's each in black oak and black maple boxed and ready to ship. Our daily pick-up is typically between 3-4pm CST, so orders placed earlier in the day will often get out the door the same day. For our other finishes, we load the amplifiers, perform final test and pack them up per order, but again can often ship same day if we get an order before ~noon.
We do have stock of SubMersive F2 subwoofers in black oak and black maple, as well as one red cherry. Other finishes are built to order, but are typically turned around within 2 weeks by our local cabinet shop.
Another addition to the first post here is public posting of a policy I have been quietly offering to customers for a while now. That being, if you purchase a single SubMersive (HP, F2 or 1kW) and find yourself itching for a second within 60 days of receiving the first, we will credit back the $100 savings you would have received if you had purchased the pair at the same time. The intent here is to reduce the hangup of having to decide if you want to start with 1 or 2 SubMersives for cost reasons. Shipping costs are the same for a single shipment of 2 SubMersives or 2 separate shipments. Translation: within 60 days of ordering, the price for a pair of SubMersives is the same when ordering them together or separately. 
I will be posting shortly our year end express, flat rate shipping for the SubMersive HP & F2 within the lower 48 states, which is $130 (HP) and $80 (F2) respectively.

1st post updated to clarify the original 1000W ICEPower based SubMersive is no longer available to order as a new item. We will continue to sell units with pre-owned amplifiers when they are available. The SubMersive HPi is moving along, and will be available within 3 months.
