Haven't post here in a long time but have been reading regularly.
I just have a quick question regarding the SubMersive (and probably goes for the Catalyst and Spark too). I usually switch off the SubMersive after use because I don't watch a movie everyday and I would just be leaving the SubMersive on for days for no use. My question is, after I switch on the SubMersive for use, is it better to leave it on for a certain period of time to let it warm up or can I just switch it on and start using it at full blast?

It is preferred that you wait to crank the signal until the amp turns on and the channels come out of the turn-on mute state, but after about 3 seconds, feel free to blast away. About the only case where I would use some caution with this is if the subwoofer just came in from below freezing temperatures. Of course I doubt that will be a problem you would encounter very often in Dubai.

Thanks.
Can I turn it off immediately after a hard session or is it better to let it idle (cool down) for a while before turning it off?

Since there are no fans to worry about turning off as with a projector or some pro amplifiers, there is no problem turning the amp off immediately after use. While you can eventually get the plate warm, the plate/heatsink never gets very warm in terms of amplifier heat where safe operating area typically extends past a point of being hot enough where you can't leave your hand on the amp for more than 3 seconds. The SubMersive amp never gets near this sort of heat and if it happened to it would simply mute until it cooled down.

Okay.
As for my last question, I think it has been answered before but I cannot recall the answer. The question is, is it safe and okay to turn the SubMersive off and back on everyday? Will it cause excessive wear and tear? I know the SubMersive idles at a very low wattage but I prefer turning it off after use because the mini fridge causes it to "thud" whenever the fridge turns on.

There is no problem extra wear in turning the amplifiers on/off. Feel free to turn it off whenever you like in your situation.
